Terms of Service

Money AI is a tool for recording and organising personal finance information. It is not a bank, payment service, broker, financial adviser, accountant, tax adviser or legal adviser.

AI-generated suggestions, transcriptions and receipt details can be incomplete or wrong. Review materially important records before confirming them, and make financial, tax or legal decisions using your own judgement and appropriate professional advice.

You remain responsible for the information you enter or confirm and for decisions you make using the product.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity that happens through your account. Tell us at feedback@hellomoneyai.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Provide accurate account details, use Money AI only for your own personal records, and do not share your account with someone you would not want reading your financial information.

Do not submit banking passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, full card numbers, NRIC, FIN, UEN details, other credentials or secrets. Do not use Money AI to store or submit unlawful content or to interfere with the service or other users.

Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, get into another person's account, or bypass plan limits or security controls. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.

Some features send what you submit to third-party AI providers so it can be turned into a draft for you to review. In the iPhone app these features ask for your explicit consent first, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in Profile.

Declining or withdrawing consent does not stop you recording entries by hand or asking the read-only finance questions, which are answered from your own records.

Core recording features are available on the free plan. Paid plans are Money AI Lite at S$2.99 per month, Money AI Pro at S$5.99 per month, and Money AI Pro annual at S$49.99 per year. There is no annual Lite plan.

Paid plans renew automatically at the listed price until you cancel. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. Paid features stop when that period ends.

Subscriptions bought on the Money AI website are handled by Stripe. If subscriptions become available inside the iPhone app in future, those purchases would be handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple's own terms. Money AI does not receive or store your full card details from either provider.

Cancel a website subscription in Plan & Billing inside Money AI. Cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple subscription settings, on iPhone under Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your Money AI account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription.

Prices may change in future, and we would tell you before a change applies to your renewal.

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. Tax is not currently added automatically at checkout. If tax becomes applicable in future, the intention is for it to be contained within the advertised price rather than added on top. Nothing here is a statement that Money AI is registered for GST.

For a purchase made through the App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's own refund process, not by Money AI.

For a purchase made on the Money AI website, email feedback@hellomoneyai.com with your account email and what happened. We will assess each request under these terms and applicable law.

Features may change, be corrected, become temporarily unavailable or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free results, and we will give reasonable notice of a significant change where we can.

You can use the controls under Security & Privacy to reset your stored data or delete your account. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription, so cancel that separately as described above. Please review the Privacy Notice for more detail about how information is handled.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Money AI is provided without guarantees about accuracy, reliability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Money AI product is not responsible for decisions made from unreviewed records or AI output. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights you have under applicable consumer law.
